Mighty Mites

This class is an age-appropriate version of our regular curriculum. Through fun interactive exercises and 'games', children are introduced to the basic martial arts techniques of kicking, striking. Children earn color belt ranks in this class through periodic skills exams. The goals of this class include: memorization skills, logical thinking, setting and attaining goals, bully prevention, basic self protection, and more.
